This convenient and secure service allows members to receive their HFCU statements online instead of receiving them through the mail.
Online Statements will be delivered to members faster than mailed statements and will be available within the first few business days of the new month or quarter.
Online Statements also help the environment by cutting down on the paper used, and they save HFCU postage costs. Remember, as a financial cooperative, the less HFCU spends on postage, the more money it has to provide other services!
To sign up for Online Statements, please click on the link at the bottom of this page. This link will take you to an online sign up screen. Once you complete and submit the application, we will verify the information you submitted and, within 2 business days, we will send you a confirmation email with your initial Password. Please change your Password the first time you log on.
Once you are set up, you will have access to your statements online starting with the statement for the month or quarter in which you signed up. That means if you sign up in January, the first online statement you will have access to is January if you receive monthly statements. If you sign up in January but receive quarterly statements, the first statement you would be able to view is the end of the first quarter, or March. You will receive an email notification when the statement is ready for your access.
