Applications for the $1,000 Richard E. Fogleman Memorial Scholarship are now being accepted. This scholarship has been awarded annually since 1995 to a deserving HFCU member who is pursuing higher education beyond high school. The scholarship was originated to honor former HFCU Board Chairman, Richard E. Fogleman, who passed away in 1994.

Scholarship Qualifications:

  • HFCU member in good standing
  • Enrolled at an accredited secondary educational institution

Scholarship Essay Topic:

  • Imagine you are talking with a friend. Explain to them the value of your credit union membership.

Application Deadline:

  • 5:00 PM on Friday, June 8, 2018
