1Bill pay is a FREE service if you use online banking and have an active HFCU share draft (checking) account and HFCU debit card. Otherwise, bill pay fees are $3.95 per month for up to 8 payments per month. Additional payments are $.50 each. Bill pay fees are automatically deducted from your share draft account at the end of each month.

Mobile Deposit

  • Deposit your check in just a few quick clicks:
    • Take a picture of the front and back of your check, following the on-screen instructions (make sure you sign it and endorse with MDC or RDC)
    • Select the checking account into which you want to make the deposit
    • Enter the check amount
    • Verify that everything on the screen is correct, then hit "Submit"
    • We'll confirm that the check has been received

Requirements for Mobile Deposit:

  • Must be a mobile banking user
  • Must have a HFCU share draft account
  • Must have an email account
  • Must have an active HFCU Visa® debit card 

Limitations for Mobile Deposit:

  • Daily deposit limit of $2000 applies
  • Funds may not be immediately available:
    • Checks received before 4:00 PM (ET) will be credited on the same business day
    • Checks captured after 4:00 PM (ET) on a business day, holiday or over the weekend will be credited to your account the next business day
  • Deposit of $200 or less received before 4:00 PM on a business day will be processed for immediate availability; any deposit amount over $200 will be placed on a 2-business day hold
  • Domestic checks payable to account holder only
  • Items not acceptable: foreign checks, money orders and checks payable to person not on the account
  • Checks not properly endorsed may cause the deposit to be returned
  • Retain the scanned check for 30 days, then destroy

To Get Started

To sign up for e-Statements, please use our PDF application. Please print the form, fill out the necessary information and return the form to any of our locations. Once the application is submitted, we will verify your information and, within two business days, we will send you a confirmation email with your initial Password. Please change your password the first time you log in.

Once you are set up, you will have access to your statements online starting with the statement for the month or quarter in which you signed up. That means if you sign up in January, the first online statement you will have access to is January if you receive monthly statements. If you sign up in January but receive quarterly statements, the first statement you would be able to view is the end of the first quarter, or March. You will receive an email notification when the statement is ready for your access.
