Fall Fest at Hershey FCU
Free Family Fun for Everyone!

At Hershey FCU, giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do. That's why we're excited to host our annual Fall Fest — a free, family-friendly celebration open to all ages, with zero admission cost.
100% of Fall Festival proceeds are donated to local charities in attendance, because giving back to our community is what Hershey FCU is all about.
Bring the whole family for an afternoon packed with:
- Free activities and stations for kids and adults alike
- Food trucks serving up seasonal favorites
- Local vendors to shop and support
- Exciting raffles with great prizes
- And so much more!
Whether you're a member or not, everyone is welcome to join us for a day of community, connection, and fall fun.

Vendor Guidelines
- Each vendor spot is a 10x10 area.
- If you're using a canopy, please note that stakes are not permitted. Weights must be used instead.
- Vendors must be approved by the committee. To keep variety for attendees, we are limiting vendors to one per type or category.
- Once approved, you will receive payment information. Payment must be submitted within 14 days of approval, or your spot will be forfeited.
- You will need to have Certificate of Liability Insurance with Township of Derry listed as additionally insured.

Only Catherine Roque and Miranda Ikeda are official event organizers on behalf of Hershey FCU. Please stay alert and beware of scammers. If anything seems off, don’t hesitate to reach out directly for confirmation!

Fall Festival Sponsorship Levels
Every level of support helps make this free community event possible, and every dollar raised goes directly back into our local charities.
Presenting Sponsor — $1,000
- Listed as "Hershey FCU Fall Festival presented by [Sponsor]" on all event materials
- Logo on event banner and event signage
- Largest logo placement on all print/digital promotion (social, email, website)
- Recognition in HFCU social media posts before, during, and after the event
- Verbal recognition during opening remarks and throughout the day
